For Seaman, in addition to the requirements above, lending companies also require seaman’s book, seaman’s registration certificate and an allotment certificate.

I dont have proof of billing for i am renting only for 2yrs. Am i still qualified to apply?
Hi Maria Lou, in our experience, many borrowers have difficulty with proof of billing.
If you have a utility bill like Meralco or water bill that you pay for your house – even if it’s not in your name,
some companies will accept. Please contact some of the lenders on our list to discuss their requirements in detail.

I am completed already all the requirements except the barangay clearance the barangay didn,t give to me it because we are new transfer here in a subdivision here in Antipolo.The captain of the barangay told us we’re not yet registered here only my daughter have barangay certificate because only her not yet vote before. Now the question is can i use the barangay certificate of my daugther for loan. My departure going back to Riyadh is this coming January 11, 2017

Saan lending po? Kung lending company sa Kuwait, nakadepende po yan sa batas nila kung papayagan nila mag-loan ang hindi citizen ng bansa nila.

Hello Alfie. Pasensya na po ngunit hindi po namin alam ito. Sa aming palagay, pirma lang ang kailangan mula sa co-borrower at wala naman. Ngunit mas maganda kung maipapaliwanag ng maayos sa tao kung ano ang ibig sabihin at tungkulin niya bilang co-borrwer. Salamat!
